Summary

Document the configurable target group taxonomy feature in the elediaai_teachertools plugin:

  • Add feat08 'Configurable Target Group Taxonomy' to 01-features.md with full acceptance criteria
  • Update Component Map in 03-dev-doc.md to list classes/local/target_group_taxonomy.php
  • Renumber later features to maintain sequence

Covers the admin-settable JSON taxonomy with bundled German school types and grade levels.
